Serving others is one of the major tenants of the Christian life. The Bible constantly urges us to serve others, especially those in need, and to do so with a humble heart. The practice of service is one of the primary tools that God uses to develop humility in our hearts.

This Thursday, September 21st, there is a great opportunity to serve. A playground is being built in a lower income neighborhood in Dover and many volunteers are needed. This is a great opportunity to not only practice service but also to shine the Love of God to our city.
