The world rushes around to buy presents, and we forget about the greatest present of all, You. Jesus, let this Advent season be one where I frequently turn my attention to You. Let this Advent season be one of devotion to You. Let this Advent season be one where You are exalted in my heart and mind Help me to be more caring and compassionate to others. Help me to always remember that You are the reason for the season. Finally, help me to remember and act on the fact that Your birth gives hope to the world, and salvation to all who believe. Amen My Prayer for Advent
